Multi-faceted early Czech and German Clear Glass
Ca. 17th to 19th century faceted beads .. showing the patina of wear & various shades present in "clear glass".. produced by varying the amount of air entering the furnace and by the addition of iron, copper, manganese, cobalt, tin and antimony by the early glass-making master craftsmen. Collectible early beads with character and history.

Due to difficulties in scanning clear glass beads .. many facets do not show clearly and the colour differences, due to the varying thickness of glass, are more pronounced than in actuality
