Problems with AOL blocking our replies.
We have recently been having difficulties in sending replies to some of our AOL customer's enquiries when using our normal info@africantradebeads.com e-mail account.
AOL could be automatically treating our replies
to you as SPAM .. here is their recommended method to check if our mail is in your Spam Folder and how to solve solve this problem:
If you are unable to receive email from a non-AOL email address, you may need
to check your spam folder to see if the email has been delivered there.
To check your spam folder:
1. Sign on to AOL and visit AOL Keyword: Spam Folder
. 2. If the email has been delivered there, highlight the email and click the button marked This Is Not Spam. You can then add the sender into your address
book to prevent future mails from them being incorrectly delivered to your spam folder.
Note: You may also need to adjust the settings for your mailbox at AOL Keyword: Email Controls

AOL's over-keeness to block mails presents difficulties in that you do not receive our replies to your Order Enquiries and Questions
and we do not realise they have not arrived. We usually reply within 3 days, so if you have not received our reply after 3 days .. we are not ignoring you .. please re-send your original e-mail and mention the fact that you
have not received a reply and, if possible, give us an alternative way that we can contact you.
We will then do our best to contact you, using our Hotmail account address and / or leaving you a message on our
Notice Board, if other means of contact are not available or practical.
