Please notify us of any problems within 7 days of receipt of your order

and you will be entitled to a full refund ... on the safe return of the items
within 30 days of receipt and in the original condition in which they were sent.

On all other unsuitable items which you have notified us about
within 7 days of receipt of your order :

  We can offer a refund or a credit to the value of these items ...
less postage and a 10% handling charge, if they are returned to us
within 30 days of receipt and in the original condition in which they were sent.
