Antique Akosu Singles - Powder glass beads from Ghana

One of the most treasured of African beads for the Ewe tribe of Togo and Ghana and known in antiquity as "beads of kings". Made using techniques centuries old, these beads were found in Burkina Faso, a neighbouring country to those of their origins.
